SEC. 10. Item two, Paragraph (e), subsection A of section one of Act Numbered Thirty-nine hundred and twelve, page nineteen, under the caption "Nueva Vizcaya", is hereby suppressed and transferred to item one, paragraph (e), subsection A of section one, to read as follows: "1. For the Bayombong Domestic Science School .............. P4,000.00"
