SEC. 7. Paragraph, (e), subsection A of section one of Act Numbered Thirty-nine hundred and twelve is hereby amended that item nine on page fourteen under the caption "Ilocos Sur" shall read as follows: "9. For the domestic science building of Santa Catalina ............ P1,000.00"
