Section 1

SECTION 1. Conversion of the Claveria National Rural High School into a State College.—The present Claveria National Rural High School, located in the Municipality of Claveria, Province of Misamis Oriental, is hereby converted into a state college to be known as the Misamis Oriental State College of Agriculture and Technology, hereinafter cited as the State College.
