Section 2

SEC. 2. Purposes and Objectives.—The State College shall primarily provide higher technological, professional, and vocational instruction and training in the fields of agriculture, industry as well as in the arts and sciences, consistent with the goals for national development. It shall also promote research, advanced studies and progressive leadership in the various disciplines and areas of specialization.
