Section 3

SEC. 3. Curriculum.—In addition to its present secondary curriculum, the State College shall offer undergraduate and graduate courses in the fields of arts, sciences, education, agriculture, forestry, engineering, industry, and such other courses as may be necessary to meet national and regional needs for trained manpower.
