SEC. 5. The following sums, or so much thereof as may be necessary, are hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the Philippine Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the year nineteen hundred and thirty-six: Salary of the Resident Commissioner P20,000.00 Salaries for secretarial and clerical staff 10,000.00 Stationery, postage and telegraph service 1,000.00 Allowance in lieu of transportation expenses 4,000.00 Allowance in lieu of representation expenses 6,000.00 Rental for the official residence and office of the Resident Commissioner 7,200.00 For actual and necessary traveling expenses of the Resident Commissioner within the United States and of his secretarial and clerical staff to and from the United States 3,000.00 Total P51,200.00
