Section 1
SECTION 1. Section one of Commonwealth Act Numbered Ninety-four, entitled "An Act to coordinate the information and publicity agencies of the Government and to provide funds therefor" is hereby amended to read as follows; "SECTION 1. Hereafter all the information, publicity, and propaganda work of the Government shall be under the direction of the National Information Board composed of a chairman and two members to be appointed by the President of the Philippines with the consent of the Commission on Appointments of the National Assembly. The National Information Board is hereby authorized to adopt such methods or avail of such means as the radio, the press, and community assemblies as it may deem necessary to properly inform the people of the activities, accomplishments, and policies of the Government and thereby establish a closer relation between the Government and the people."
