SEC. 2. Section two of the same Act is hereby amended to read as follows: "SEC. 2. The National Information Board shall draw up plans for the purpose of—¦ "(a) Developing a more intelligent and enlightened public opinion especially among adults; "(b) Informing the public regarding any subject of wide interest, citizenship activities and duties, taxation, health problems, proper diet, and the like; "(e) Guiding the public in advanced methods of industry, agriculture, commerce, and other fields of economy; and "(d) Coordinating the publications of the Government and those of its instrumentalities."
