SEC. 3. Section three of the same Act is hereby amended to read as follows: "SEC, 3. In order to carry out the purposes of this Act, the radio broadcasting and printing facilities of the Government shall be made available for the use of the National Information Board and its agents and representatives, and it may also request the cooperation and help of any department, bureau or office of the National Government in the gathering or compilation of the necessary data and information, in the preparation of materials, lectures, and literatures, and in the mimeographing, printing, and distributing of the same to the general public."
