SEC. 133. Challenge of illegal voter. — (a) Any voter or watcher may challenge any person offering to vote for not being registered in the list, or for using the name of another. In such case the board shall take the oath of the challenged person or shall otherwise satisfy itself as to whether or not the ground of the challenge is true. (b) For the purpose of receiving and counting the vote, it shall be sufficient that the person so challenged prove that he is the same person registered, by means of his voter's affidavit which ought to be before the board of inspectors or by means of a statement identifying him, subscribed and sworn to by a voter known to the board. This statement shall be attached to the minutes of the incident to be made at the time by the poll clerk.
