Section 134
SEC. 134. Challenge based on ground of corrupt practices. — Any voter, candidate, or watcher may on the ground of corrupt practices in connection with the election challenge any voter offering to vote. In such case, the challenged person shall take oath before the board that he has not received, nor expects to receive, nor has paid, offered or promised to pay, that he has not contributed, offered or promised to contribute money or anything of value, in consideration of his vote or for the vote of another; that he has not made nor received any promise to influence the giving or withholding of any such vote, and that he has not made any bet nor is interested directly or indirectly in any bet which depends upon the result of the election. Upon the taking of such oath by the challenged person, the challenge shall be dismissed; but in case of his refusal to take such oath, the challenge shall be sustained and his vote rejected.
