Counting to be public and without interruption.

Section 139

SEC. 139. Counting to be public and without interruption. — As soon as the voting is finished, the board of inspectors shall publicly count the votes cast in the precinct and ascertain the result. The board shall not adjourn or postpone or delay the count until it shall be fully completed.
