Section 138

SEC. 138. Prohibition of premature announcement of results of voting. — No member of the board of inspectors shall, before the termination of the voting, make any statement as to how may voted or how many failed to vote or any other fact tending to show or showing the state of the polls, nor shall he make any statement at any time, except as a witness before a court, as to how many person voted.
