Section 3
SEC. 3. Any person who shall obstruct, delay, or hinder the exercise by the Government of the authority herein granted, or who shall willfully injure or destroy any of the works, property, or materials of the business taken over by the Government under the provisions of this Act or who shall willfully interfere with the operation of such business or the use of such works and properties shall be punished by a fine of not more than six thousand pesos, or by imprisonment for a term not exceeding six years, or by both, in the discretion of the court.
