Section 4

SEC. 4. Any person who shall violate the provision of the last paragraph of section one hereof shall be punished by a fine of not more than two hundred pesos or by imprisonment not exceeding six months, or by both, in the discretion of the court and any person who shall have induced such violation shall be punished by a fine of not more than one thousand pesos or by imprisonment not exceeding one year, or by both, in the discretion of the court.
