Section 61

SEC. 61. Second assistant chief of police.—There shall be a second assistant chief of police, who shall be chief of the secret service and shall have charge of the detective work of the department and of the detective force of the city, and shall perform such other duties as may be assigned to him by the chief of police or prescribed by law or ordinance.
