SEC. 14. Remuneration of Members of the Board.-The part-time members of the Board shall receive a per diem of five hundred pesos (P500) for each meeting of the Board actually attended: Provided, however, That the total per diems paid to a Board member shall not exceed the sum of two thousand pesos (P2,000) in any one month. Full time members shall receive annual salaries and commutable monthly allowances as determined by the President of the Philippines.
