WHEREAS, it is the policy of the Government to ease the restrictions on foreign travel; WHEREAS, in furtherance thereof, it is deemed necessary to expand further the coverage of the provision exempting certain persons from the payment of the travel tax;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers in me vested by the Constitution do hereby order and decree the following:
