Section 1

SECTION 1. Section 2 of P. D. No. 1183 as amended by section 2 of P. D. 1205 is hereby further amended by adding a new paragraph after paragraph "l" thereof which shall read as follows: "m) Persons whose travel is provided or funded by foreign governments with which the Philippine Government maintains diplomatic relations."
