Section 1

SECTION 1. The Don Honorio Ventura Memorial School of Arts and Trades in Bacolor, Pampanga, is hereby given full college status and converted into the DON HONORIO VENTURA COLLEGE OF ARTS AND TRADES, hereinafter referred to in this Decree as the College. The College shall offer courses in arts, industrial education and technology leading to baccalaureat and graduate degrees.
