Section 14

SEC. 14. Manila Film Center.— Motion pictures imported or produced by the management of the Manila Film Center whether singly or in joint venture with Filipino or foreign citizens, corporations or groups shall not be subject to the jurisdiction, supervision and control of the BOARD; Provided, That, such motion pictures are exhibited or shown only in the Film Center; Provided, further, That such motion pictures shall be subject to review and examination by the BOARD in case they are distributed for general viewing elsewhere in the Philippines.
