Section 20

SEC. 20. All the present officials, administrative staff, members of the faculty and employees of the Mountain State Agricultural College shall be absorbed by the University with their respective position, designation, and ranks. All the assets, records and appropriations of the Mountain State Agricultural College shall be transferred to the Mountain State University.
