Section 23

SEC. 23. In addition to the present appropriations of the Mountain State Agricultural College, the sum of Five Million Pesos (P5,000,000.00) is hereby appropriated out of the Funds of the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated to carry out the purposes of this decree. Thereafter, funds needed for the maintenance and continued support and operation of the University shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
