Section 22

SEC. 22. The Minister of Education, Culture and Sports is hereby directed to take such steps as are necessary for the immediate implementation of this law. For this purpose, he is hereby authorized to create a technical committee to advise the Board of Regents of the University toward the proper establishment, development, and expansion of the programs of the University.
