Section 23

SEC. 23. Section ninety-nine of the same Act is hereby amended to read as follows: "SEC. 99. Reorganization of the Bank. — The Bank shall be reorganized within ninety (90) days from the date this Decree takes effect. The present personnel complement of the Bank shall in the interim continue to discharge their respective functions. Officials and personnel whose services may be dispensed with as a result of this reorganization shall be paid the usual gratuities to which they may be entitled under existing law."
