Section 24

SEC. 24. Section one hundred of the same Act is hereby amended to read as follows: "SEC. 100. Penalty for Violation of the Provisions of this Chapter. — Any director, officer, employee or agent of the Bank who violates or permits the violation of any of the provisions of this Chapter or any person aiding or abetting the violation of any of the provisions of this Chapter, shall be punished by a fine of not to exceed ten thousand (P10,000) pesos or by imprisonment of not more than five (5) years, or both such fine and imprisonment at the discretion of the Court."
