Section 25

SEC. 25. Applicability of Republic Act No. 337, as amended, and Presidential Decree No. 129. — The provisions of the General Banking Act (R.A. No. 337, as amended) and of Presidential Decree No. 129 insofar as they are not in conflict or inconsistent with the provisions of this Act shall apply to this Bank.
