Manpower Development.

Section 11

SEC. 11. Manpower Development. — The Bureau shall establish an in-service training center for the purpose of upgrading and training its personnel and new employees. The training center shall consist of a Central Institute to be established on the campus of the College of Forestry of the University of the Philippines, and such other training center or centers the Bureau may establish. The Bureau shall also set aside adequate funds to enable personnel to obtain special education and training in local or foreign colleges or institutions.
