Section 16

SEC. 16. Reports.—The Department Head concerned shall submit an accomplishment report to the President. Such report shall include the appropriations released as of the date of said report and the percentage of work accomplished, further work to be done to complete the program of broad categories of public works and his recommendations if any, for transfer of appropriations or for program changes to be incorporated in the next Public Works Appropriations Measure.
