Section 30

SEC. 30. Section 60 of the same decree is hereby amended to read as follows: "SECTION 60. Borrowing and Security Therefor.—The Administration may borrow funds as authorized in Section 72 of this Title, and issue as security therefor debentures or other evidence of indebtedness constituting a lien on any and all securities, covenants and obligations of local water utilities held by the Administration as security for loans made to such local water utilities."
