Section 6

SEC. 6. Section 5 of the same Act is further amended by adding a new paragraph thereto to be known as paragraph (k) which shall read as follows: "(k) To issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to effectively carry out the powers and purposes herein provided including the plans, programs and projects of the Authority, subject to the approval of the NEDA, the same to take effect thirty (30) days after publication thereof, in a newspaper of general circulation."
