Section 8

SEC. 8. Section 8 of the same Act is hereby amended to read as follows: "SECTION 8. Operating Expenses. For the operating expenses of the Authority, the sum of One Million Pesos (P1,000,000) is hereby appropriated annually for five (5) years from the general fund of the National Government not otherwise appropriated from the date of approval of this Decree. "The Board of Directors may appropriate out of the funds of the Authority such sums as may be needed or necessary for its operating expenses.
