SEC. 84. Definitions of Terms.—As used in this Chapter, the following terms shall mean and include: Nuisance.—Anything that injures health, endangers life, offends the senses or produces discomfort to the community. Offensive trades or occupations.—These are the following : Soap boiling; Guts cleaning; Coiling of offal, bones, fat or lard;[*] Manufacturing of glue or fertilizer; Skin curing; Scrap processing; Manure storing; Lime burning; Lye making; and Any manufacturing process in which lead, arsenic, mercury, phosphorous, or other poisonous substance is used.
