Applicability of Laws.

Section 58

SEC. 58. Applicability of Laws. - The provisions of the Local Government Code of 1991, and other laws pertaining to the Province of Pampanga and such other laws as are applicable shall govern Mabaiacat City insofar as these are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act.
