Separability Clause.

Section 59

SEC. 59. Separability Clause. - If, for any reason or reasons, any part or provision of this Charter shall be held unconstitutional, invalid or inconsistent with the Local Government Code of 1991, other parts or provisions hereof which are not affected thereby shail continue to be in full force and effect.
