Bulk Supplier.

Section 16

SEC. 16. Bulk Supplier. – In addition to the provisions under this Act, a bulk supplier shall: (a) Ensure adequate and stable supply of LPG in bulk; and (b) Submit a certification to the DOE on the contracts or agreements it has entered into with bulk consumers within a reasonable period of time from the execution thereof.
