Section 18

SEC. 18. Hauler. – In addition to the provisions under this Act, a hauler shall: (a) Submit to the DOE a list of all authorized motor vehicles utilized for the transport of filled and unfilled LPG cylinders or cartridges, and comply with the safety standards, requirements, and guidelines for such pursuant to Section 37 of this Act; and (b) Submit a certification to the DOE on the contracts or agreements it has entered into with LPG industry participants within reasonable period of time from the execution thereof.
