Bulk Distributor.

Section 17

SEC. 17. Bulk Distributor. – In addition to the provisions under this Act, a bulk distributor shall: (a) Ensure adequate and stable supply of LPG in bulk; (b) Submit a certification to the DOE on the contracts or agreements it has entered into with LPG industry participants within a reasonable period of time from the execution thereof; and (c) Ensure the periodic testing and requalification on LPG pressure vessels and periodic calibration of its measuring devices by the concerned government agency and duly recognized testing facility.
