Admission of challenged vote immaterial in criminal proceedings.

Section 140

SEC. 140. Admission of challenged vote immaterial in criminal proceedings.—The admission of the vote shall not be conclusive upon any court as to the legality of the registration or the casting of the vote of the challenged voter in a criminal action against such person for illegal registration or voting.
