Prohibition of premature announcement of results of voting.

Section 143

SEC. 143. Prohibition of premature announcement of results of voting.—No member of the board of inspectors shall, before termination of the voting, make any statement as to how many voted or how many failed to vote or any other fact tending to show or showing the state of the polls, nor shall he make any statement at any time, except as a witness before a court, as to how any person voted.
