SEC. 33. All fines, whether administrative or judicial, which may be imposed on any person for offenses against the provisions of this Act, or of regulations issued there under and all funds accruing for the sale of any property; purchased from Census funds or of any salable document issued in connection with Census shall be covered into general funds of the Philippine Treasury.
