Section 37

SEC. 37. The sum of four hundred eighty thousand pesos or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the Philippine Treasury not otherwise appropriated to carry out the provisions of this Act: Provided, That no amount shall be set up on the books of the Auditor until it has been allotted by the President of the Philippines.
