Section 34

SEC. 34 Whenever the Office of the President shall terminate the appointment, detail or designation of any person to a position in connection with the Census for cause, he may in his discretion authorize the payment to such person of such compensation at the rate of payment agreed upon at the time of his designation, as he may deem to constitute a fair remuneration for the service rendered.
