SEC. 9. This act shall be subject to sections six, eight, nine, ten, twelve, fourteen, fifteen and sixteen of Republic Act Numbered Thirty-eight hundred and forty-six, entitled "An Act appropriating funds for public works synchronizing the same with previous public works appropriations."
