Section 9

SEC. 9. There is hereby inserted between Sections seven and eight of the same Act two new sections to be indicated as Section seven—A and Section seven-B to read as follows: "SEC. 7-A. The Secretary of Education is hereby empowered to locate and acquire or cause to be located and acquired an additional school site for the establishment of the technical education department of the Eulogio Rodriguez Memorial School of Arts and Trades which may be public or private land situated within the City of Manila. "SEC. 7-B. The Director of Vocational Education with the approval of the Secretary of Education shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act,"
