SECTION 1. Objectives.&mdashThis Act provides for and shall govern (a) the standardization and regulation of pharmaceutical education; (b) the examination for registration of graduates of schools of pharmacy and (c) the supervision, control and regulation of the practice of pharmacy in the Philippines.
