SEC. 6. The Board of Pharmacy and its Composition.&mdashThe Board of Pharmacy shall be composed of a Chairman and two members who shall be appointed by the President of the Philippines with the consent of the Commission on Appointments, from a list of nominees recommended by the Commissioner of Civil Service who shall secure such lists from bona fide professional national organizations of pharmacists which should be certified in accordance with Republic Act Numbered Five hundred forty-six.
