SEC. 5. Meetings and traveling expenses.&mdashThe Council of Pharmaceutical Education shall meet at least once a month for regular business and as often as the Council may decide. The Chairman and members of the Council of Pharmaceutical Education shall not be entitled to any compensation except for travelling expenses in connection with their official duties as herein provided.
