Section 39

SEC. 39. Requirements for the opening and operation of drugstores mid pharmacies.&mdashThe minimum requirements necessary for the opening and .operation of drugstores and pharmacies shall be in accordance with the rules and regulations to be prescribed by the Food and Drug Administration in accordance with the provisions of this Act. Only natural-born Filipino citizens who are registered pharmacists can apply for the opening of a retail drugstore.
