Section 43

SEC. 43. Final Provisions.&mdashTo carry out the provisions of this Act, there is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of thirty thousand pesos within the fiscal year of the approval hereof. Thereafter, such funds as are necessary for the maintenance and operation of the Board of Pharmacy and of the Council of Pharmaceutical Education shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
